smartfinanwce.com is a car detailing and paint protection studio in Kyiv. Each visit begins with a digital paint measurement in microns, a defect grade from A to D and a written report you keep. Only then are treatments proposed: paint correction, ceramic coating or paint protection film. Prices are quoted in UAH before work starts.

Four measured steps, one written report

Nothing is quoted, polished or coated before the paint has been read. The intake below takes about two and a quarter hours and ends with a document you keep.

    Intake and panel readings

    Digital thickness gauge across twelve body panels plus edges, with each value logged against the panel name.

    Maintenance wash, decontamination and a coating check. Chosen when readings show healthy paint that needs upkeep rather than abrasion.

    Correction

This is what you receive before any treatment is quoted

Panel readings in microns, a defect grade from A to D, and the treatment each panel actually needs. The sample below comes from a 2021 sedan in dark grey metallic, five measurement points per panel.

Grades run from A, light swirl marks, to D, damage beyond correction. The written report you keep includes the same table, the raw readings and the photographs. Assessment fee is UAH 1,200, credited toward a booked treatment within 14 days; read the assessment terms or book a slot.

Scheduled care

Maintenance at 3, 6, 12 and 24 months

Coating and film reduce risk, they do not make paint scratch-proof. The schedule below is agreed in writing after the assessment, and each visit adds a dated entry to your condition report.

    First safe wash

    • Two-bucket hand wash, no brushes
    • Beading and gloss check on coated panels
    • Photo set filed to the report

    Warranty note: the first wash keeps coating coverage valid.

  2. 6 months

    Interim inspection

    • Decontamination of lower panels
    • Film edge and seam inspection
    • Micron spot readings on two panels

    Warranty note: skipped inspections pause film coverage.

  3. 12 months

    Annual service

    • Full wash plus interior detail
    • Coating top-up where readings allow
    • Written grade A to D review

    Warranty note: the annual review is required for renewal.

  4. 24 months

    Two-year audit

    • Panel-by-panel micron comparison
    • Correction plan if defects return
    • New schedule and quote in writing

Panel readings in microns, a defect grade, and a written report come first. Book a treatment within 14 days of the assessment and the full UAH 1,200 moves onto the invoice. Indicative ranges are confirmed in a written quote, so nothing changes after the work is agreed.
